We are the largest web hosting provider in Switzerland, where we have been helping to shape the development of the internet for years.   • Flexible working

    At Hostpoint, you can work flexibly and consciously plan your own working days. If your job allows, you are free to choose where and when you complete your tasks.

  • Plenty of time off

    We work 40 hours a week, with five weeks’ holiday each year. Stay with us for five years and we’ll reward you with six weeks of holiday from your sixth year onwards. After your 10-year anniversary, you even get eight weeks of holiday every year!

  • Flat-rate “flexi bonus”

    Whether you prefer to work in the office or remotely, each year, Hostpoint supports you with a flat-rate payment of CHF 2,000 towards expenses for public transport, parking, home office equipment, internet access, etc. It’s entirely up to you to decide what to use it for!

  • Modern IT equipment

    All Hostpoint employees are equipped with modern mobile work equipment or have a budget at their disposal (depending on the department). In addition, you’ll have two desk set-ups for the office and for home (wide monitor, keyboard and mouse).

  • Free Swisscom subscription!

    We’ll cover the full costs of your Swisscom mobile subscription! This means you can make calls, send text messages and enjoy unlimited data upload and download for free within Switzerland and the EU, and from the EU to Switzerland.

  • Participation in sports subscriptions

    Love sports? Then we’ll contribute up to CHF 500 each year to cover your sporting expenses, whether it’s for climbing, dancing or a fitness studio. There’s a fitness club right next to our office.

  • We value education

    We want talented people and we encourage them to become the best in their field. That’s why Hostpoint also contributes towards your training costs.

  • It’s a family affair

    We are always happy to welcome the addition of our “HostPointers”! At Hostpoint, new moms and dads will continue getting their full salary throughout their 14-week maternity leave or two-week paternity leave.

  • We’ve got you covered

    Wherever and whenever you need accident insurance, at Hostpoint, you get private, worldwide cover for non-occupational accidents. Hostpoint pays the premiums for both this and daily sickness benefits insurance.

  • Take a “workation”

    Want to spend a little longer at your holiday destination and work from there? No problem! As long as the work allows it, we are generally open to it.
