To use E-mail & Cloud Office from Hostpoint, you will need a Cloud Office package and your own domain name.
Hostpoint provides an online user interface for Cloud Office that you can access with your web browser (Webmail). There is no need to install any software on your local device. However, you can set up or synchronize the mailboxes created with Cloud Office on your work devices (computer, mobile devices) to retrieve and send e-mails. To migrate from an external web hosting provider to Hostpoint, we recommend our migration service Audriga. This service transfers all e-mails automatically.

Once your e-mail address has been created, we offer various wizards and instructions for setting up the e-mail account in an e-mail client, as well as calendar, contacts and Hostpoint Drive.
In Cloud Office you can find the setup wizard right in the overview portal or from the gear icon at the top right under “Connect your device”.
Your username is your full e-mail address (e.g. email@example.com). You will receive your e-mail password for this from your administrator.
Hostpoint provides you with Cloud Office as an online application. This allows you to manage your e-mail account directly from your web browser. From here, you can send and receive e-mails, manage your contacts, calendars, tasks and more.
